"Users need to make sure their movies are in .swf format. When a Flash movie is created, the source file is labeled with the .fla extension, while the compiled movie is an .swf file. Selecting "Export Movie" from the file menu in Flash is the simplest way to create a Portal-compliant Flash file. The Portal will also reject a movie if it is too big."
